- Adults and children 6 years of age and over:

- ++ Directions for Use
- 1. Use in place of your regular toothpaste, preferably at bedtime.
- 2. Apply a thin ribbon of gel to a toothbrush.
- 3. Brush the gel for 1 minute.
- 4. Expectorate. For best results, do not eat, drink or rinse for 30 minutes after use.
Patients age 6-16: Expectorate after use and rinse mouth thoroughly.
- Ideally, brush and floss before wearing trays. Fill the grooves of the trays 1/3 full of NaF Gel. Do not over fill trays as gel will extrude out, as the trays are snug fitting. Wear for 5 minutes and expectorate.
- For best results, do not eat, drink or rinse for 30 minutes after use. Use preferably at bedtime to make possible the long-lasting action of the neutral sodium fluoride.

- Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in patients under 6 years of age unless recommended by a dentist. Do not use in patients with dysphagia.
